   Proposition 40 is set to appear on the November ballot in California. It would impose a one-time 5% tax on California’s 200 billionaires. The majority of the revenue would go towards the state’s healthcare program. This needs to pass by landslide. Everyone should be sharing “Vote Yes on Prop 40” everywhere. The ultra-rich will spread a lot of misinformation to beat this.
